Yes, we offer an open salsa bar stocked with a variety of fresh, house-made salsas, including creamy avocado salsa, spicy tatemada salsa, and bold molcajete salsa. You’ll also find freshly chopped radishes, onions, cilantro, and sliced limes to customize your plate, along with chiles en escabeche (pickled jalapeños and carrots) for an extra kick of flavor.

Yes! We are proud to serve our community a completely seed oil–free menu. All of our fried items—like taquitos, tacos de papa, chips, and fries—are cooked in 100% pure beef tallow. We also use fresh, house-made lard in our recipes to deliver authentic flavor without the use of seed oils.
